Kingdom Work Continues Through Davar Partners During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear Friends,
This certainly is an unprecedented time in recent history as we deal with the impacts of the growing COVID-19 pandemic.
We hope you will take heart in knowing that, during this crisis, our ministry will continue in the kingdom work of recording the Bible, while also being firmly committed to the health and safety of our team members and partners. We are following a work-from-home schedule, video conferencing and eliminating all airline travel and in-person meetings. We have also put all non-immediate expenses on hold in order to steward well during this time of disruption. As for our projects …
11 of 13 active recording projects are able to continue at studios around the world. Would you take a moment to praise God with us and also pray for endurance in the hearts and minds of those recording, as well as their good health?
The remaining two projects will be delayed due to government health restrictions but should resume once the restrictions are safely lifted.
Please join us in praying for those suffering through the effects of this virus and for those mourning the loss of loved ones. May we also pray for those working tirelessly to support our communities, including the medical personnel and respective leaders. We are praying that each of you are healthy and safe as well.
Finally, please lift up the ongoing efforts of Davar in prayer as we work to create opportunities for oral learners to fully experience the Bible in their home language.
