Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. I Thessalonians 5:16-18
As I reflect on 2020, I am thankful for all that God has done, and continues to do. Even in a challenging year that included a growing pandemic, as well as economic and political unrest, our Lord provided a way for Davar to complete the equivalent of 23.5 audio bibles, including our first recording in India. We also saw tremendous growth in listenership of Davar audio published on the online and mobile Bible platform YouVersion. Below you’ll find some key highlights from 2020. To God be all the glory!
We are also excited to share some of our key goals moving into 2021, which includes a continued focus on India recordings and new partnerships with Bible engagement and distribution ministries working in Africa, India, the Middle East, Indonesia and Peru. With access to the recorded Word of God, families, tribes and nations will live transformed for God’s glory.

Recently Completed Recording Projects
Celebration in India
We completed our first audio Bible in India, the Haryanvi New Testament. There are 10 million speakers of the Haryanvi language across India and the vast majority are Hindu. We pray this Bible will transform lives.
Reaching the Hausa
In partnership with YWAM, 300 SD cards with Davar’s audio Bible were distributed to Hausa speakers in Nigeria. They almost cried when holding the cards in their hands. One man said, “You have no idea how much this means for the persecuted Christians. It will change their lives!”
Vision for 2021
As a part of our greater vision to complete 100 new audio bibles by the end of 2022, we plan to complete 35 new audio bibles this year. Our goal is to continue growing on all fronts in 2021 including: securing new translations, financial support, continued focus in India and growth in new engagement and distribution partners.
